Rep. Mark Souder (R-IN), a strong champion of abstinence education, apparently defines abstinence as abstinence from sex by ummarried teenagers. Once married, you can screw whoever you please -- as Souder did when he slept with his female staffer. To be fair, he may have gotten this idea from a certain President who had trouble defining the word "is", but that's another conversation for another day.
The ultimate irony -- the woman who is accused of being Souder's mistress interviews him in the video below. The topic: abstinence education. I have to agree with Ed Morrissey - this could get a Chutzpah Award.
